Returns of goods of satisfactory quality can only be made in accordance with the procedures set out in the Retail Trade Rules approved by Government Resolution No 697 of 11 June 2001. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (no refunds will be given for the cost of delivery of the returned goods).
Return conditions:
- You can return the product within 14 days from the date of collection.
- Returns must be of good quality and must be in the original, neat and undamaged packaging (this does not apply to returns of low-quality goods).
- The goods must be undamaged by the buyer.
- The goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) This does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as when received.
- Returned goods must be placed in additional protective (transport) packaging (e.g. a box or protective envelope).

- Upon receipt of the form, the Nutrify.lt team will contact you to arrange an individual return process and the preferred method of return
In the case of the return of quality goods, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer and delivery costs are not refunded.
